[Version 2.35] LittleTiles tile entity blocks are able to bypass the "destroy" flag #196

With the destroy flag set to false, players can still break LittleTiles (tile entity) blocks. I've tried using the includeblocks and excludeblocks parameters as well.

Further testing has narrowed the issue down to UniverseGuard2.

The version in which behavior is normal is version UG 2.28, while versions after this will allow people to bypass the plugin and break LittleTiles creations.
