Feature Request: Enable bots to interact with chests and their inventories

This request is very label-on-the-tin type.

JoeStrout is aware of this issue, even before I came along. It's simply filing it away in the issue tracker.

Detailed Description

Right now, the bot can't interact with any inventories outside its own. It'd be nice to have the bot be able to interact with chests and move items into and out of them.

Usecase or Problem Being Solved

There are countless possible uses for this. To name two:

• The bot being able to restock itself
• The bot being able to sort chests

Possible Implementation

No bright ideas, sorry.
