CI mode (fail on error, ignore some packages)

Would be delightful to be able to run this in CI. We’d need two features added:

• Return the appropriate status code (1 if any package is deprecated)
• Have an option to ignore certain packages (--ignore=foo)

(Thank you for a cool tool! This is a feature request, please feel free to close it right away if you want. At the very least this will be a place for people to find the current tool’s expectations around this feature.)
