As you now seems to have added this feature, I tried to build with it.
But since lib/windows_amd64/libfmlistInterface.dll* are built using MinGW (?), they are not usable by
MSVC due to different C++ mangling-schemes. How could this be fixed?

I have added this feature partially only.
The library should be built the same way as lib/windows_amd64/libdabsdr.dll
If it does not work with MSVC then it is probably bad luck as I have no idea how to make it compatible :-(
