Should Venus grand temple distribute wine?

The Venus grand temple has no button to allow it to distribute wine:

Is this intentional? If so, I would propose to add a sentence to manual to clarify this.

You could build a small temple of Venus near the grand temple, so that the priest from the small temple will get and distribute wine.
