Studio Neutral IBL requires attribution/copyright notice

The IBL "Studio Neutral" currently included in the glTF Sample Viewer requires CC BY 4.0 attribution. The Viewer would need to show this attribution somehow.

I would suggest adding the IBL credit to the Credits tab, as a separate section under the Model Credits, potentially under a headline like "IBL Credits":

Note that we would need to provide the GitHub URL to the IBL file.

Another option (not preferred) would be to replace it with a CC0 asset such as Studio Small 09 from Polyhaven:

However the Polyhaven IBLs are not monochrome, nor have they been tested as extensively as the Amazon IBL.
