Changing color map of .vtp throws an error #4

Not sure if it's a bug or a missing feature, so could be related to #1. I assume the first point is a bug, the second a missing feature.

When loading a .vtu and changing its color map in the "Coloring" tab, a color is applied, but it looks very different from when I do the same in the ParaView desktop application. Also the server prints JS Error => TypeError: this.trigger is not a function.

Also, opening a sample .vtu from Kitware (vox8.vtu.txt) the Color section does not appear at all.

@jourdain I can send you the other .vtu as it's a client's data.
