About bindings

I'm new to bindings. Only used them in a simple manner.
Now I have a Sunricher SR-ZGP2801K4-DIM.
Can I bind press_high, press_low to turn on or off a light by binding this directly to for example a light bulb.
So the left button controls one lamp, and right button controls another, without messing with Home assistant.
The hold events will be handled for other action by Home Assistant.
