Can't connect BTicino 3584C to Home Assistant through Zigbee2MQTT

Hi to everyone.

I am currently having problem connecting my BTicino 3584C to Home Assistant.
The Zigbee2MQTT add-on is finding it but it says that it's not supported but I found on here : https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/064888.html that it was supported.

My current set-up is Home Asisstant OS running on a VM on a custum build TrueNAS Scale machine.
I pass through PCI correctly my SONOFF Zigbee USB Dongle -p and set up both Mosquitto broker and Zigbee2MQTT add-on.

I don't know if I am doing something wrong and if I am, where.
Maybe I have to update my BTcino's swtich firmware? I actually don't know how to do that..
