How to change device with external converter

I have a Tuya TS0601 floor thermostat. It is in the supported Zigbee2MQTT devices.
But when turned on, it is detected as Moes BHT-002-GCLZB
In this case, it is recommended to create an external converter. I created it according to the description External converters

I placed the code from the file into it Tuya
But the device still remains Moes BHT-002-GCLZB.
I deleted the device, restarted the interview, cleared the cache, the device does not change.

Can someone give a current working link on how to connect an external converter?
All the recommendations from previous years do not help.
