friendlyName instead of friendly_name

Hello,

I have an HS1SA | HEIMAN Smoke detector (smoke, battery_low, tamper, battery) according to https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/information/supported_devices.html this device is supported. But I have some trouble to use it.

I notice in logs that in the payload the key name is friendlyName and I think it should be friendly_name.

I'm new in this domain, so need help to point in the right way. Who gives this name:

• The device itself (constructor)?
• It's zigbee-herdsman-converters ?
• Or zigbee2MQTT ?
