Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On macOS, startup time when the Insomnia app is running but the window has been closed is relatively slow compared to other apps. It displays a white pane for a while as the title bar changes from "Insomnia" to "Insomnia Core" to eventually loading the UI.
Describe the solution you'd like
Clicking the red button, or CMD-W, on macOS hides the window, rather than closing it. This way, switching back to the app is instantaneous.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Using CMD-H instead of CMD-W solves the problem, but requires thinking about it.
Additional context
Several other popular Electron apps with slow initial window startup times use this technique on macOS, such as Spotify and Discord. As such, being able to close a window but still quickly re-open it has become muscle memory.
