No segemnts file exists #5

Hi,
I am facing this issue while running Kaldi part.
When I am running this command,

** steps/make_mfcc.sh --nj 5 data/train exp/make_mfcc/train mfcc

I am getting this,

steps/make_mfcc.sh: [info]: no segments file exists: assuming wav.scp indexed by utterance.
run.pl: 5 / 5 failed

Why this failed status is coming ?
