Can you make it to not redownload ffmpeg, ffprobe and yt-dlp every time I start the program or try to download some videos? Why does it do this in first place? Do I must spend some time to wait until it downloads these utilities just because it's "portable"? Why couldn't it just keep them near executable and update if needed?
