Build lc0 on Ubuntu 24.04 with Nvidia support

I can build lc0 without the explicit nvidia support.
Is there anywhere an up-to-date description on how to build it with CUDA support?
What's in the README.md seems to be outdated and doesn't work.
The cuda and cuda-10-0 packages for example do not exist.
Any idea where to look?
Has anybody done this recently?

Also, is the latest version 0.30 as described? I thought 0.31 was released.
