I think there is an error in the abyeysuriya model spectrum calculation.

There are several points where freqs in Hz is used instead of the temporal wavenumber $\omega$

To do:

double check the eqs and code
make sure all calculations are correct
update in the notebook, and the example params for the interactive plot
compare numbers against abeysuriya paper / matlab code?
