This is mostly a "here's a idea" thing

The command API needs to be changed a bit to match Discord's new slash command interactions, check out how slash command declarations work here: https://github.com/LorittaBot/DiscordInteraKTions

The new command framework was created for the Cinnamon branch, check #2397

The Cinnamon branch already uses the new command framework, based on how Discord InteraKTions works
