Equivalent of LDoc's @module tag

Currently, I don't think there is a way to add the description of a module to a file. Suggest to implement a description block to the @meta annotation, or a separate tag similar to LDoc's @module. Ideally, this would appear in documentation as well as when hovering over a require path.

If there is a way to do so, please let me know as I'm looking for it.
