You may have stumbled upon this repo because you are an AnnAGNPS or TopAGNPS user or because you saw this code base presented at a conference, in both cases: welcome!

My name is Dr. Luc Rébillout and I am the maintainer of pyagnps. I have learned a lot about Python while developing pyagnps and if I had to start over I would probably do some things differently but I am quite proud of the tools I gave myself to facilitate working with AnnAGNPS and particularly for AIMS.

Since I am the main user of this code base, it is not fully documented but I think I did an ok job at structuring and commenting the code if you feel like digging in there. It is far from perfect and you may find a few ghost 👻 files here and there in this repo that I started exploring and didn't end up using or needing for my work projects.
