Add a Bioconda recipe

Hello!

I am aware of https://anaconda.org/mrtrix3/mrtrix3 but would you be interested to add a recipe to the Bioconda project ?

Recipes of many Bio** related projects at https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/
If added as a recipe then it will appear also under https://anaconda.org/Bioconda/mrtrix3. This way we could also add linux-aarch64 and osx-arm64 builds too.
