Feature Request: A defer button on the 'Insufficient Storage' and 'Insufficient Storage' dialogs.

The dialog timeouts are very handy, but it would be extremely helpful to let the user immediately exit these dialogs without waiting for the timer to expire.

i.e they don't have a power cord handy or the wherewithal to free up space on their own & just need to bail out asap.
