NVS video concerning Blob structures

Hi,
I have a project that is saving and retrieving all my simple variables ok to nvs partition. I am stroing a simple structure fo 2 strngs (ssid and pw) for wifi credentials. When I boot up I see the code first detects key not found and proceeds to set the blob ok but when I run again it does not get an OK result when loading the blob but a value of 4364. I'm not sure what is causing this. My code snippet is attached. At the top of this function is
