Deploy to Google Play

After the deploy-web stage ends we should send the PWA to google play for a newer release, so we have an Android app. Otherwise we should wait until Tauri releases v2 so ios and Android apps are semi-native

If we want to upload to Google Play a PWA instead of a native app we should use Bubblewrap to build it and then upload it to Google Play with some custom GH Action like https://github.com/marketplace/actions/upload-android-release-to-play-store

I'm still checking if this is worth it or if it's better to wait until Tauri v2 is released. Apparently, Tauri v2 release candidate is for early Q3 2024 and is stable mid-year probably so we can wait since PWA works smooth

Tauri 2.0 release date is estimated to be at the end of August 2024 so we can expect almost native Android apps very soon!!
