In Pathfinder, I only found 3 checkboxes: Manual categorization for uncategorized trials; Manual categorization for all trials; Truncate trials when animal reaches goal location.
I am missing Scale values (convert pixels to cm) and Run entropy calculation.
I don't have MatLab installed yet. What could be the reason why I don't have those 2 boxes?

Hello @Git5KayR! Can you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing, this is odd as you state you have some checkboxes but not all!

I'll spend some time over the holiday break looking into this!
