Margin to align header row with the columns when an overflow vertical scroll bar appear is aligned on the opposite side of the scroll bar in all the browsers. In Firefox scroll bar appear on left side but the blank segment with the width equal to the scroll bar width appear on the opposite side in the header. And in IE scroll bar appears on right side but the header spacing appear on left. This makes header columns miss aligned with the remaining grin when a vertical scroll bar appears.
