Alice’s Pod can receive an as:Announce from a Registration Hub with a subtype RegistrationAction.
Alice's Orchestrator can appends the as:Announce to Alice’s Event Log of Alice’s pod
Alice's Orchestrator can create an as:Note which suggests Alice an archivation action as next step.
Alice’s Orchestrator can send this as:Note as an as:Create to the inbox of Alice’s pod
Alice can read the note in her dashboard
