Doro Wot Recipe (Ethiopian Chicken Stew):

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken pieces (with bones, preferably thighs and drumsticks)
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 4 tablespoons niter kibbeh (Ethiopian spiced butter) or regular butter
- 1/4 cup berbere spice blend (Ethiopian spice mix)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups chicken broth or water
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- Salt to taste
