Hi I'm really stuck. I get the following error "User Account: efrx606ave

What am I doing wrong?

First thing you do is take down your login details from a public website :)

second of all it seems that this is an MQTT issue rather than an issue logging into the Sungrow service. Have you installed a MQTT broker? Second if you have can you connect to it with a MQTT explorer?
