Dev Tools have lost their Windows Title Bar Edge Dev Version 115.0.1880.3 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

If I am using the latest Edge Dev version 115 and open Dev Tools in undocked mode i cannot minimise or drag and drop the dev tools as the Windows Title Bar is not visible as demonstrated in the image attached to this issue.

This issue doesn't exist in Edge Version 114.0.1823.43 (Official build) (64-bit) RTM

Thanks for reaching out. This is a known bug that has already been fixed in the new Canary version, and we're working on making sure the fix also gets deployed to the Dev version. So, once your Dev browser updates, you should have the fix.
