Dev tools doesn't open properly and it's an irritating blank that shows up

I tried resetting dev tools and repairing the browser but it is still showing.
As in the picture the alignment screen is towards left, even if I make it to the right the screen devtool squeezes it's really hard to read anything.

Just saw after repairing it showed me to restart the browser, it was actually a very long issue so I was a bit frustrated. I am sorry.
