GpuProcessHost: The GPU process crashed!, when Microsoft Video Super Resolution enabled;

The crash occurs when switching between video resolutions that enable and disable the upscaling feature... example: switching from 480p, to 1440p, then back again, or some variation thereof.

Reproduced on Youtube.com, and Rumble.com
Reproduced with all variations of edge://flags Microsoft Video Super Resolution enabled
Reproduced in both Edge and Chrome.

RTX 3080 TI, Windows 23H2, Nvidia 511.76 graphics driver.
