Reduce fixed runtime bundle size

So I been put in a position where I need to bundle the fixed runtime of webview2.

That's all well and good. Only thing is that the package is huge. My app size alone is less than 2MB. The runtime is like 550MB.

Is it possible to slim it down in any way? Can say language pack be removed?
