What happened?

WPF WebView2 HEVC H265 Video Playback Issue: Blank Screen on Windows Professional and Workstation, but Normal on Home Edition (Runtime Version 120.0.2210.121)

This problem does not occur in the Windows Home edition, and the same videos play normally in Microsoft Edge.

the issue can be resolved by setting WPF WebView2 to use a fixed version, specifically version 109.0.1518.78.

Importance

Blocking. My app's basic functions are not working due to this issue.
