[Problem/Bug]: Missing APIs documented on WebMessageObjects

What happened?

PostWebMessageAsJsonWithAdditionalObjects, CreateObjectCollection and many other APIs documented on WebMessageObjects are missing for C++ Win32 or am I missing something?

Importance

Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.
