Describe the feature/enhancement you need

As mentioned in #4608 there currently is no way to manage extension settings for extensions installed with AddBrowserExtensionAsync.

The scenario/use case where you would use this feature

Manage extension settings.

How important is this request to you?

Critical. My app's basic functions wouldn't work without it.
