ipaint(): initial comments

Interesting and nice work! You probably thought of them already, but if not, here are some immediate thoughts after playing with ipaint():

• Use … (or ~) prefix and suffix to indicate that there's more before and after what is displayed (of course, it'll consume 2 * 2 extra columns)
• Add shortcuts for jumping to the beginning and end, e.g. g and G (a'la less, more, bat, ...) or Ctrl-a and Ctrl-e (a'la Emacs)
• Add shortcuts for moving one "page" forward or backward, e.g. f and b (a'la less, more, bat, ...)
• Make Ctrl-C and Esc exit the interactive view (like what Enter does now)
