Data browse/download enhancement - showing number of entries per page

On the Browse Data page, for the dropdown UI allowing users to select the preferred number of entries to be shown per page, set the increment to 100 starting from the 100-entry mark while set the increment to 500 after the 500-entry mark. And so on and so forth.

Bonus: Limit the maximum number of entries to be shown per page.
