Feature request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On the left bar, if I click on the sections that contain this little icon that opens a drop-down menu, I expect that clicking on the section header will only open up the menu, but clicking on the header gives content and is a bit confusing.

For example: when I click on “Changes” under GTFS Schedule, I just don’t understand what I’m seeing. This content with the active proposals should be a section inside “Changes” IMHO.
I just click on the little drop-down icon, I just completely miss this super important content (see video).

Proposed solution
For all the headers that contain a drop-down menu (and icon):

  • Move content that is only accessible by clicking on headers inside the drop-down as an additional section.
  • Clicking on the header or the drop-down icon has the same behaviour: it opens up the drop-down menu

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keep it as is. The risk is missing important content.
