Right now the user is required to either manually or through the kindle_cli prepare the Kindle to act as a display. This should probably be an option on the web UI, and should be smart enough to recognize if the Kindle is already prepped (Likely through the state of the services or the com.lab126.powerd preventScreenSaver prop)
