fixes needed

  • we don't have a manifest
    • manifest needs start_url
    • manifest needs icons
    • manifest needs name
    • manifest needs display
    • manifest needs start_url
    • manifest needs short_name
    • manifest needs theme_color
    • manifest needs background_color
  • contrast ratio isn't good enough
  • #header-search-input doesn't have a label
