[Updating] "error: duplicate packages"

I've had this issue for some time but I haven't figured out why: every time I try to update with paru, I get this ambiguous set of errors that I have no idea how to solve:

Can someone help me figure out how to resolve these?
I can't seem to find the package(s) responsible for this... would be helpful if Paru would tell me what's responsible for this instead of "quietly" throwing an error that's something's wrong. :/
