Resize header in landscape

Hi,

Thanks for this calendar, it is awesome and well documented.
However, i can't find a way to resize the header view when i rotate my device to landscape.
The Calendar View is well displayed but not the header.
How can I achieve this please ?

I like this request, will look into it. I didn't really code for rotation, to be honest.

The header view has been considered an internal view, for the most part. I'd like to change that in 5.1.0 as part of a broader re-architecting. #120 and #123 have more information.
