不论是新安装，还是复制另外一个笔记本上的程序，复制到腾讯云server2012上，无法工作，出现问题如下：
配置是intel处理器，安装包是https://github.com/Mrs4s/go-cqhttp/releases/download/v1.0.0-rc5/go-cqhttp_windows_386.zip
