Mute durations

Players get muted; and the moderation team forget they are muted. Sometimes players just need a timeout from whatever is making them angry.

An optional time limit; allowing for mute durations

Describe alternatives you've considered
There isn't really an alternative; other than maybe keeping a note of who was muted and when and how long until they should be unmuted.
