目前仓库中没有提供 arm 架构的产物，最近换了新的高通芯片的 surface，所以希望可以支持 arm

我愿意提交 PR 进行支持。

Hi! 之前一直忽略了 arm 架构产物，会尽快补充上最新版本的 arm 架构产物，以及以后的版本都会附带 arm 架构产物 🫡
