Remove URL page columns cluttering UI

Description

The UI for the URL listing page on the Webapp just has too many columns that are reducing visibility of the ones that are important.

Decision has been made to remove the following columns :

• Present on Test
• Present on Prod
• Title on Test
• Title on Prod

Also, the backend code is going still be there in case we end up wanting these features at some point in the future. So, these columns are just going to be removed from the frontend.
