Description

Sometimes changing statuses just top register the status transitions so that the slack automation kicks in is a ton of work. So skipping a few transition requirements for slack automation sounds like a plan here.

For instance, currently, a status transition of CURATION IN PROGRESS -> CURATED sends a slack message but we also need a status transition of READY FOR CURATION -> CURATED to also send a message.

The same goes with READY FOR ENGINEERING -> READY FOR CURATION status transition.
