Renaming a collection on Collection Detail Page

Describe the bug

The icon next to the collection name which primarily denotes that the name can be modified from the collection detail page is broken.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior on https://sde-indexing-helper.nasa-impact.net/:

1. Go to COSMOS homepage
2. Select a collection and click on it which takes you to the Collection detail page.
3. Here, the edit icon next to the collection name at the top is not rendered.

Expected behavior

The edit icon on this page needs to be visible. The feature does work even when clicked on the broken icon, however, it's nice to have it fixed.
