The generated title field for all the affected Candidate URLs needs to be set to blank when a title pattern is deleted

Describe the bug

The generated title field is still populated with the old values and are not reset to blank.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior on https://sde-indexing-helper.nasa-impact.net/:

1. Go to Candidate URLs page
2. Click on Title Pattern section
3. Delete a test title pattern
4. When navigated back to the Candidate URLs page, the URLs affected by the deleted title pattern still are visible and not set to blank.

Expected behavior

The generated title field needs to be set to blank when a title pattern is deleted.
