Fix the issue with f-string validation when a title pattern is added

Describe the bug

Doesn’t seem like the f-string syntax in the new title field is working anymore.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior on https://sde-indexing-helper.nasa-impact.net/:

1. Go to COSMOS homepage
2. Select any collection
3. Go to the Candidate URLs page and put in an f-string based new title for a subset of URLs.
4. The error is seen when the generated title column is populated by the f-string itself and not resolved.

Expected behavior

F-string needs to be validated and a new full text title needs to be generated.
